From Side Hustle to Full Time Business

The R.E.A.C.T. model is a practical framework for turning a side hustle into a real business. Based on the Build Your Edge podcast episode, it shows how to explore your idea, build momentum, and get started without quitting your job too soon.

The R.E.A.C.T. model is the practical framework Ken Valledy walks through in this episode to help you move from thinking about starting a business to actually getting started.

It’s designed for people with the seed of an idea who don’t want to quit their job, take reckless risks, or stay stuck in their head. Instead, it lays out the five small, deliberate steps that create momentum while you keep your income and options intact .

Inside the download, you’ll find:

  • Reach out — why saying your idea out loud is a psychological turning point
  • Attend events — how to get into the right rooms without “networking cringe”
  • Assess the market — simple ways to test whether your idea has legs
  • Compliance & co-founder — the minimum needed to make things real, without overbuilding
  • Terminology — the startup language that helps you feel confident from day one

This is not a business plan or a checklist to overwhelm you. It’s the same zero-to-one structure Ken uses with clients who feel comfortable but stuck; people who want a realistic path from side hustle to full-time business.

If the episode made you think, “I should at least explore this idea,” this download shows you exactly where to start, and what to do next.
