I’ve spent my career solving problems, leading teams, and delivering results: mostly in engineering and technology, often under pressure, and always learning.

Along the way, people began asking for help: how to grow in their careers, how to handle difficult situations, how to lead when things get tough. These weren’t theoretical questions. I’d been there. Made the calls. Made the mistakes. Learned what works.

Build Your Edge was created to share those lessons: practical, proven ways to build confidence, get unstuck, and move forward with purpose.

I’ve spent my career in recruitment, building networks and finding great people, most recently running WeDo. I’d tried a few times to build something for the community around that world, and never quite landed it.

When Jeremy told me what he wanted to build with Build Your Edge, I knew straight away it was the idea I’d been missing. I brought the guest network, the community reach, and a belief that this could be bigger than either of us building it alone.

I host some of our conversations, and I organized and ran our first live event, Fund • Build • Win.
