I co-founded Build Your Edge with Jeremy Burns, bringing our guest network and community reach to the table. I host some of our conversations, and I organised and ran our first live event, Fund • Build • Win

Outside Build Your Edge, I help Payment, Credit, and RegTech companies build product and engineering leadership teams, and I'm just as passionate about community-led initiatives and talent partnering as I am about the podcast.
