Simon Prior is an award-winning Quality Engineering leader with over 15 years’ experience across Cybersecurity, Gambling, and Aviation. He’s grown from software engineer to department-level head, leading teams of more than 120 and managing multi-million-pound budgets.

He champions a true Culture of Quality, one built on collaboration, modern engineering practice, and shared ownership. Simon has delivered major efficiency gains, led £2m RFPs, and saved over £1m annually by sharpening tooling, automation, and ways of working.

At easyJet, he oversaw testing across 150+ applications, from bespoke systems to SaaS platforms, working across both Agile and Waterfall environments. He’s known for developing internal consultancy mindsets, mentoring teams, and raising the bar on engineering maturity.

Simon is also a strong advocate for Neurodiversity, promoting the value of diverse thinkers in building better teams and better outcomes.
